All packages (with the exception of the Mini packages) will be sent via Priority Mail. Priority mail comes with shipping confirmation numbers. Confirmation numbers will be sent via email for all orders at least 24 hours after mailing. Expedited orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you receive a defective item, we will be happy to replace it. Defective items will be EXCHANGED for the same type of product in the same size (if applicable).
