Vintage de la Creme Shipping Policy
(US SHIPPING ONLY)
Our shipping days are Monday and Friday, unless either day falls on a holiday. In this case, we will ship your order out on the next business day.
Standard orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS mail. All packages shipped via USPS (with the exception of the mini packages) will be sent via Priority Mail. All packages shipped via UPS will be shipped Ground. Tracking numbers will be sent via email for all orders at least 24 hours after mailing. Please allow 48 hours for USPS/UPS to update tracking info so that you will be able to track your package.
Expedited orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need expedited shipping, please email us at vintagedelacreme@mail.com for shipping rates.
Holiday Shipping: Due to high demand during holidays please allow 2 additional business days for processing, shipping and delivery.
Return Policies for Vintage de la Creme
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we are committed to providing our customers with options should you not be fully satisfied due to a mistake on our part. Please see our return/exchange policies below.
- All purchases are FINAL SALE. If the item arrives broken or damaged during transit, customers should file a claim with the shipping carrier. If items arrive damaged, etc beyond the scope of the item description prior to purchase (and is not a carrier issue) a STORE CREDIT will be issued.
- No cash refunds on any items. STORE CREDITS will be granted only after the process below has been completed and the request has been approved by Vintage de la Creme.
- STORE CREDIT requests should be submitted within 5 days of receipt of item (based on USPS/UPS delivery confirmation).
PLEASE SEE THE PROCESS FOR STORE CREDIT REQUEST. Any items returned will automatically forfeit your purchase amount or chance for a store credit.
STORE CREDIT Process
1. Send an email to vintagedelacreme@mail.com requesting a store credit. Include your name and your order number.
2. State the reason for the store credit request (i.e. item not as described, item arrived damage, etc). Attach pictures showing proof of claim.
3. Vintage de la Creme will review the claim and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a Store Credit Code (SCC) via discount code for future purchases.
